In this role playing game you balance cost, risk, and impact as you try to build a circular supply chain. Can you align stakeholders and scale impact?

Systemic mapping with 20 designers to map the highest possible future of the system including marginalised & future stakeholders.

Creating clarity and embodied understanding on the basics of systems thinking for policy makers with this 3D learning installation.

I’m Tessa Bloembergen, founder of Studio Waebe. As a multi-creative designer, I use my creative curiosity, playful ingenuity and compassionate wisdom to create playful, immersive, and deeply human experiences.

Trained as an architect, I realized my passion wasn’t for buildings, but for how people collaborate within them. My work is about creating the conditions for mission-driven teams to:

• Clarify and learn to make sense of todays complexity;

• Catalyse trust and effective collaboration;

• Harness the power of radical responsibility;

• Learn together through engaging and fun experiences.

Whether it’s a serious game, an immersive architectural installation, or a learning program, my goal is the same: to help teams connect, understand, and act in ways that are regenerative for both themselves and the systems they’re part of.
